As sector leaders’ jump with percentage (%) gains while smaller caps incrementally slip to the downside while the iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology ETF (IBB) was up 3.14%

Cellectis SA (CLLS +12.2%), bluebird bio (BLUE +13.6%), Sangamo Therapeutics (SGMO + 9.3%), Fate Therapeutics (FATE +12.48 %), uniQure (QURE +9.56%), Spark Therapeutics (ONCE +11.88%) and Bellicum Pharmaceuticals (BLCM +9.49%) are up on light volume.

The question is WHAT to HOLD (on to)?

The market rebounds after a shutdown reopened government for three weeks

Pre-open indications: 5 hits and 1 miss

Out and about: The Biostage (BSTG +$0.29) chronicles … don’t be fooled by surges!

Monday’s results have implications to Tuesday’s sector activity as a daily report may say little or a lot and it serves as insurance that all indications are being examined and evaluated!

Henry’omics:

From the pre-open’s newsletter, “…riding the upside as Celgene (CELG) prices acquisition of Juno Therapeutics (JUNO) at $87 per share or $9 B. Momentum is a force gained by moving objects – The iShares Nasdaq Biotechnology (IBB +0.89%), the SPDR S&P Biotech ETF (XBI +1.61%); the Health Care Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLV +0.06%) while the iShares Russell 2000 (IWM) is indicating a NEGATIVE -0.16% in Monday’s pre-open. Unfortunately, other record gains have seen some losses with directionless pricing and diffused volatility are tainting the sentiment. We are also seeing decreases in volume and increased volatility.”

Good day as traders chase other ups in reference to MOST sector equities!

Out and about:

Biostage (BSTGD) This management team WIPED OUT 20 M of holder’s shares and investment!

Opened at $2.70 (previous closed $2.70) closed +$0.29 or +10.74% in a day’s range of $2.51 to $2.99 with low 10,234 shares traded.  This follows the projected $1.32 post the 1-to-20 reverse split – a $4 M in-flow just followed a $30 M investment loss incurring a $47 M deficit! It was down -$0.14 at 12:45 am …

NO scientists, a CEO, CFO and 2 accountants don’t make a company who couldn’t pay their rent or communicate their issues to past “fleeced” shareholders …

I am NOT “eating” my negative declaration, my OPINION is still “COVER UP of male and female harassment and corporate MISDEEDS “by members of management team!

What did happen to (reasons) and the story “around” the IND NOT being filed and the cmo and president leaving the company? NEVER forget the storyline of the 2 broken financings before the reverse split!

It’s a day trader’s dream, while it lasts – WHAT real investors are in?
