The sector opened up, hit an 11:30 a.m. decline, stayed down at the mid-day and closed negative

The algorithms are “ruling” as volatility is the norm affecting negative sentiment

The technical undercurrent of the sector persists

Companies in my pre-open headlights: 3 HITs and 4 MISS (most are being over allocated)

Out and about: Capricor Therapeutics (CAPR) reported a Q4 net income of $12.3 million or +$0.42 (diluted) per share, after reporting a $4.5 million loss in Q4/16. CAPR posted revenue of $475.8 K in Q4/17. For FY17, CAPR reported net income of $2.4 million, or $0.09 per (diluted) share, revenue was reported as $2.7 million. In the final minutes of trading CAPR’s shares hit $1.81; versus $3.00 a year ago. Credit where credit is due as I have been a disbeliever but, lucky, lucky for the forgiveness of CIRM’s loan payable of $15.7 million.
