CLXT is a consumer-centric food- and agriculture-focused company. CLLS owns approximately 79.1% of Calyxt’s outstanding shares of common stock.

Calyxt, Inc. (CLXT) has commenced a follow-on public offering of 3.05 M shares of common stock. Calyxt intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 457,500 shares.
