CUR is just another DISASTER waiting, if not happening!

CUR has entered into a registered direct offering for the purchase of 3M shares of its common stock, at a purchase price/share of $0.70.

The closing of the offering is expected to take place on or about October 29, 2018.

CUR has a -35.11% 52 week change, a 8.17% (555.82 K shares) short position and a low cash position of $6 M +. The problem is their -$9.98 M operating cash flow. January opened 2018 at $2.03 and steadily declined … CUR is just another DIASTER waiting, if not happening! How many CEOs have been through this “porthole” in the past 4 years – three (3) too many … this “dog’ barks!
