QURE was priced at $18.25 per share
uniQure N.V. (QURE has commenced an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 of its ordinary shares.
uniQure intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Leerink Partners and Evercore ISI are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering; Chardan is acting as lead manager for the offering.
